Hybrid Recruitment Coordinator - Onboarding & Client Support

Lorien in London is seeking an organised Operations Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract, hybrid with regular client-site attendance 2-3 days a week. This role supports a major client account and provides coordination across recruitment and onboarding.

You will manage candidate activity, meet candidates on-site, liaise with contractors and clients, handle right-to-work checks, onboarding, timesheets, and reports using internal systems and Excel.
