Hybrid Research Engineer: AI Agent Harness & Evaluation

Tessl, a fast-growing AI startup in London, is hiring a Research Engineer to join our AI Research (AIR) team. You’ll work on how agent harnesses orchestrate model behaviour, evaluate what's working, and how pipelines turn production traces into improvements, with autonomy and real impact.

We expect hands-on ML experience with LLMs, a passion for agents, and strong collaboration with product, engineering and design. This role sits hybrid in our London office near King's Cross.
