Hybrid Resource Manager (6-Month Contract)

Pinsent Masons in the UK is seeking a Resource Manager on a 6-month fixed-term contract to allocate work across national teams, assess capacity, and balance utilisation for partners and senior fee earners. You will use knowledge of lawyers' capabilities to inform resourcing decisions and resolve competing demands.

Standard hours are 9.30am–5.30pm with a three days in the office, two days from home model; flexible working requests are considered as part of an inclusive approach.
