Hybrid Sales Team Leader – Banking & Finance

CBC Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for a Sales Team Leader in the UK motor finance division. You will manage a team of eight internal sales executives and sales administrators, coordinating daily workload and ensuring timely processing of quotations and dealer requests.

You will coach and onboard new recruits, conduct 1-2-1s and appraisals, and support the team to meet sales targets and softer KPIs while delivering best-in-class service. Hybrid role: 3 days in the office, 2 at home.
