Hybrid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Focus on SAP is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support delivery, configuration and ongoing optimisation of a complex EC environment. This contract role requires hands-on expertise across EC modules and HR data migration, working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

You will lead workshops, configure EC foundations, and ensure security and access through RBP while supporting both project delivery and day-to-day operations.
