Hybrid School Place Planning Officer (Housing)

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Housing Coordinator (Grade 8) in the Education – School Place Planning Team. Based at County Hall with hybrid working, you will help ensure housing growth is matched by school place provision across Lancashire.

You will coordinate planning responses, analyse education sufficiency data, and support Section 106 contributions, district authorities and developers to secure positive outcomes for communities.
