Hybrid Social Worker - Family Support & Early Intervention

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting an experienced Social Worker to join the Support 4 Families Team in Cardiff on a temporary 3-month contract with a 37-hour week. The role offers hybrid working (2-3 days home-based) and includes competitive pay rates (£38.58 umbrella / £29.45 PAYE per hour).

You will assess families, develop plans and coordinate services to support children and prevent statutory involvement.
