Hybrid Spa Therapist (VTCT Swedish Massage Training)

Lush Spa in Poole invites internal applicants to train for VTCT Level 3 Swedish Body Massage with a view to becoming a hybrid Lush Spa therapist. The role blends spa duties with sales and customer service across the shop floor and reception.

The course is fully funded by Lush and includes 22.5 hours of theory and 37.5+ hours of practical training weekly, starting Sep 2026, with a hybrid spa contract upon qualification.
