Hybrid Systems Integration Architect - Transformation Lead

Matchtech is seeking a Systems Integration Architect on a 6-month contract in Reading with hybrid working. You will lead enterprise integration, assess target-state architectures and guide MBSE and Digital Engineering across major programmes.

The role requires strong experience in Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation leadership, with proven stakeholder engagement across government/defence contexts. Rate is outside IR35 and SC clearance to start.
