Hybrid Transitions Lead for School Improvement

Nottingham City Council is seeking a Transitions Lead‑School Improvement (Grade J) to provide strategic leadership for transition arrangements across education settings in Nottingham.

This hybrid, full‑time role across Inclusion, Attendance and Behaviour Services, Place Planning and Admissions, and wider school improvement functions will drive a city‑wide approach to improve wellbeing, engagement and outcomes for children and young people across the city.
