Shift Technology is seeking a senior sales professional to join the UK Sales Team, driving adoption of our AI-powered insurance solutions across the United Kingdom. You will build and manage strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders in the UK P&C and Health insurance sectors, expand our footprint, and help shape our territory strategy.

You will lead end-to-end deal cycles, from prospecting to closing multi-year contracts, leveraging a strong network and deep industry knowledge.
