Hybrid Youth & Community Worker — Engagement & Progression

Neath Port Talbot Council is seeking a Youth and Community Worker to deliver the Youth Engagement and Progression programme for 15+ NEET or at-risk young people. You’ll provide interventions, one-to-one work and group sessions to help learners access education, training and employment.

You will build relationships with partner agencies, manage a caseload, and use youth work techniques to remove barriers, improving well-being and progression opportunities.
