Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 1:00pm to 10:00pm Friday: 11:00am to 6:00pm

The Role
Despite the title, this position is heavily focused on machine preparation and equipment set-up. You will play a key role in ensuring production machinery is cleaned, prepared and ready for operation while maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards.
Working closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams, you'll help maximise operational efficiency and minimise downtime in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare machinery and equipment in line with production schedules. Clean and sanitise equipment to required hygiene standards. Carry out machine preparation and changeovers. Complete pre-production equipment checks. Work closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams. Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP procedures at all times. Complete required documentation accurately. Report machine faults, maintenance needs and food safety concerns. Maintain high housekeeping standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives. Adhere to Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards.About You
To be considered, you must have previous food manufacturing experience.
Essential Requirements
Experience within food manufacturing, food production or hygiene operations. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Reliable and proactive approach. Ability to follow procedures and work safely.Desirable
Machine setting, machine operating or equipment preparation experience. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP or BRCGS standards. Food Safety or Food Hygiene qualification. FMCG manufacturing experience.What's on Offer?
