About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent Hygiene Operative Supervisor to join their team in Milton Keynes , responsible for maintaining pristine hygiene standards in commercial and potentially light industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of hygiene operatives, ensuring all cleaning duties are performed to the highest standards.
• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules for assigned sites.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene protocols and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper maintenance.
• Provide on-the-job training and ongoing support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Address any client feedback or operational issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a cleaning or hygiene-focused role.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, materials, and health and safety regulations, particularly COSHH.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet operational demands, potentially including some remote oversight.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining high standards.
