Hyperscale Data Centre Cost Lead: GMP & Contracts

Arcadis is seeking a Project Cost Consultant to join our site-based commercial team in North East England. You will support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre programme, focusing on post-contract commercial management, GMP procurement, contract administration and final accounts.

You will work with contractors, consultants and client representatives to ensure robust cost control, sound governance and successful project outcomes. Relevant degree and chartered status are preferred.
