IG Group is seeking an I&O Developer Enablement and Adoption Lead to bridge I&O platforms with app teams, accelerating cloud adoption. You will lead enablement strategy, craft curriculum, and run hands-on workshops embedded with developers to close capability gaps and drive migrations.

You will partner with platform SMEs to translate capability into practical content, build self-sufficient cloud teams, and measure adoption velocity with clear, outcome-focused goals.
