IDB Pre-Construction Lead: Water & Pumping

You will lead technical pre-construction, shape opportunities, and build trusted relationships with Internal Drainage Boards, the Environment Agency and local authorities.

You will bring strong civil engineering pre-construction and MEICA understanding, plus the ability to influence and win work through strategic market development
