IFM Small Works Program Enablement Lead

JLL is seeking an IFM Small Works Project Delivery Manager to govern Tier 2 projects within the EMEA Small Works Program. The role supports FM teams with governance, procurement guidance, and SME input across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric disciplines.

This position emphasizes governance, risk management, and cost control, with limited direct end-to-end delivery outside critical/high-visibility cases. You will coordinate across multiple jurisdictions and stakeholders.
