You will manage a diverse caseload, including visa applications, asylum claims, deportation appeals, and citizenship applications. Key Responsibilities

• Advise individuals and businesses on all aspects of UK immigration law and policy.
• Prepare and submit high-quality visa applications, appeals, and judicial reviews.
• Represent clients in immigration tribunal hearings and court proceedings.
• Conduct detailed case assessments and develop effective legal strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of constantly evolving immigration legislation and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering clear and empathetic support throughout their immigration journey.

Requirements

• A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a current practising certificate.
• Significant experience (minimum 3 years) in UK Immigration Law .
• Demonstrable success in handling a wide range of immigration matters.
• Excellent advocacy and client-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of immigration rules, policy, and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage a remote caseload effectively.
