Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage robust systems for measuring social impact across all organisational programmes.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to assess programme effectiveness and outcomes.
• Develop compelling impact reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders, including funders and senior management.
• Work collaboratively with programme teams to embed impact measurement principles into project design and delivery.
• Identify best practices and innovative methodologies in social impact measurement and evaluation.
• Provide training and support to staff on data collection and impact assessment techniques.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, statistics, economics, or public policy.
• Proven experience in impact measurement, evaluation, or data analysis, preferably within the charity sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software and data analysis tools.
• Experience in developing and managing data collection tools and methodologies.
• Understanding of social impact frameworks and reporting standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
