Impact Measurement Officer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and analytical Impact Measurement Officer to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is fundamental in assessing and articulating the effectiveness and impact of the charity's programmes and interventions. You will be responsible for developing frameworks, collecting data, and analysing results to demonstrate the positive change the organisation is making. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust frameworks and methodologies for measuring programme impact and outcomes.
• Design and manage data collection tools and processes, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to assess programme effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare clear and compelling reports, presentations, and case studies to communicate impact to stakeholders, funders, and the public.
• Collaborate with programme teams to integrate impact measurement into programme design and delivery.
• Stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in impact measurement and evaluation within the charity sector .

Requirements

• Proven experience in impact measurement , monitoring and evaluation (M&E), or a related analytical role.
• Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Experience in designing data collection tools and managing data sets.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment.
