Impactful 1:1 Behaviour & Mental Health Support in Schools

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Support Assistant to work across a range of Secondary and SEN/SEMH schools on long-term placements.

You will provide targeted support for pupils with behavioural, emotional, and social needs, building positive relationships with learners, staff and families while contributing to personalised behaviour strategies and progress monitoring.
