Impactful Attendance & Family Liaison (Term-Time)

Tradewind Recruitment in Lancashire is seeking an Attendance & Family Liaison Officer to join the pastoral welfare team from September 2026. You will bridge home and school, tackling persistent absence and re-engaging vulnerable pupils with education.

You will monitor attendance data, engage with families, develop action plans, and work with agencies to support safeguarding and successful re-integration.
