Reed in Partnership is seeking a Careers Coach to help participants navigate job opportunities, with a focus on youth and universal credit programmes. The role involves diagnosing needs, one-to-one coaching, and leveraging funding to prepare for employment.

Based in Basildon with travel to Basildon, Grays and Southend, the post offers a pro-rata base salary with flexible working arrangements. Regular training and progression opportunities are provided.
