Impactful Edge of Care Family Support Worker

Hartlepool is seeking a Sessional Family Support Worker to assist within the Edge of Care Team. You will work with Social Workers and families to provide intensive support to prevent care placements and re-stabilise families.

You will deliver direct work with parents and children, provide transport/escorts, and support homes with day-to-day needs, crisis intervention and parenting packages. Detailed notes and timely reports are essential.
