Impactful Employment & Skills Coach for Jobseekers

Reed in Partnership is seeking an Employment and Skills Trainer to deliver high-quality employability training under the Restart Scheme. You will coach jobseekers, run CV and interview sessions, and help learners set meaningful goals, while reporting progress to Employment Advisers.

The role requires strong verbal and written communication, a teaching qualification is desirable, and willingness to travel locally to deliver training. Flexible working arrangements may be discussed where possible.
