Impactful IOM Recovery Worker - Supported Housing

Society of St James (SSJ) in Southampton seeks a Specialist IOM Recovery Worker for Supported Housing to support residents with complex needs. The role is predominantly lone-working within the IOM House and involves coordinating with Police, Probation and local services to promote housing stability, daily living skills, and meaningful activity.

The post requires experience with homelessness, mental health, substance misuse, and knowledge of safeguarding.
