Thornbury Community Services (TCS) is seeking a Learning Disabilities Support Worker for Frome. You will deliver person-centred support to a teenage male with ASD and learning disability to help him engage in daily activities and community life.

You’ll participate in shifts including days and nights, driving the client to activities, and building meaningful relationships while promoting independence and safety within the home and community.
