Impactful Learning Support Assistant (SEND) – Term-Time

Activate Learning is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to join Guildford College. You will support students aged 16-25 with SEND across a range of GCSEs, Life Skills and A-levels, helping them overcome barriers to learning and build confidence in practical and academic settings.

You will work 8:30am–5:00pm during term-time with flexible hours (35, 28 or 21 per week). A patient, empathetic approach and strong teamwork are essential for success in this role.
