Impactful Level 2 Children & Young People Social Worker

Cumberland Council’s Cared for and Care Experienced Team is seeking a Level 2 Social Worker to support children and young people to achieve positive outcomes. You will build trusted relationships, assess needs, identify risks and develop plans centred on the child's voice, experiences and aspirations.

You will work in a supportive multi-agency environment, manage a varied caseload, undertake assessments and interventions, and deliver child-centred support within a permanent role at Cumbria
