Impactful Mental Health Support Worker — Flexible Shifts

Northern Healthcare is seeking a Mental Health Support Worker to assist residents at Merchants House, Shipley, helping them build confidence, independence and achieve personal goals. This full-time, permanent role operates on a rotational shift pattern including days, waking nights and weekends.

You will provide person-centred support, assist with daily tasks, manage medications and accompany individuals to appointments, while promoting choice and independence within a supportive team.
