Impactful Pastoral & Behaviour Support Assistant (Term-Time)

Milk Education is recruiting a Behaviour & Pastoral Support Assistant to help students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support learning, behavior, and wellbeing in secondary schools in the Durham area.

You'll deliver one-to-one and small group interventions, build positive relationships, and support SEMH needs while promoting a calm, positive learning environment. This role offers term-time hours and access to Milk Academy CPD resources.
