Impactful Planning & Highways Lawyer (Local Authority)

Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Planning & Highways Solicitor/Barrister to join a local authority legal team in the Gloucestershire region. The successful lawyer will provide high-quality, proactive and pragmatic legal advice across a varied and challenging caseload, focusing on planning, development and highways matters.

You will represent the council at tribunals, inquiries and courts, manage a broad caseload, draft and negotiate legal agreements, and support planning policy work.
