Impactful School Improvement Lead

LinsCare is seeking an experienced Strategic School Improvement Lead to support Lambeth’s education priorities across primary and secondary schools. The role is based in Lambeth, London, with a hybrid pattern requiring 2–3 days per week in schools and 3–4 days per week overall.

The ideal candidate will have significant background in school improvement, education leadership, and governance, with a strong ability to analyse performance data and develop targeted interventions.
