Impactful SEN Learning Support Assistant

Education Matters Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support learners with SEND within a Further Education setting. The role involves 1:1 and small-group support, helping learners access studies and develop independence, and aiding with reading, scribing, IT and exam access arrangements.

Experience as an LSA/SEN TA or SEND Support Worker is valued, with personal care and mobility support experience being desirable. Start in September 2026 in Epping Forest.
