Impactful SEN Teaching Assistant | 1:1 & Small Groups

Randstad Education is recruiting a Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEN provision in Horsham, UK. You will work 1:1 and in small groups with learners with SEN and complex needs, including Autism, to build confidence and behaviour in a dynamic school environment.

Role runs full-time during term-time with 08:30–16:15 hours and on-site parking benefits. You will collaborate with teachers, SENCO, and families to plan targeted support and ensure student welfare.
