Impactful Youth Substance Misuse Project Worker – Plymouth

The Children’s Society in Plymouth is seeking a Substance Misuse Project Worker to join the Plymouth Substance Misuse Service and work with individual young people who misuse substances and their families, providing assessment and support.

You will act as a consultant to other professionals and contribute to safeguarding, risk assessment, and tailored care plans, using youth-centred approaches to make a real difference.
