Impactful Youth Worker — Detached Outreach & Education

Cheshire East Council is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to support young people aged 13-19 (up to 25 for SEND and Care Leavers) through education alternatives and outreach opportunities. You will deliver one-to-one and group work, including detached work in parks and community areas, to build resilience and help young people access suitable pathways.
