Job Description
Join Whistl Fulfilment as an Implementation Project Manager and play a key role in onboarding new business and delivering operational projects across our growing fulfilment network.
You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to manage projects from initial requirements through to successful delivery, ensuring objectives, timescales, and service expectations are met.
About the RoleAbout the Role
This is a hands-on project management role where you'll coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, acting as the link between customers and cross-functional business teams. You'll drive project delivery, manage risks, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and identify opportunities to improve operational processes and service performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer implementations and operational projects from planning to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and associated documentation.
Coordinate stakeholders across operations, IT, suppliers, and customer teams.
Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve or escalate issues where necessary.
Support system enhancements, new products, and customer change requests.
Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and increased productivity.
Oversee testing, implementation activities, and business sign-off processes.

Requirements
Experience delivering projects within an operational -Logistics environment.
Experience working within cross-functional project teams.
Strong planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to influence others and manage competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience working with recognised project management methodologies.
Understanding of IT systems and business processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio.
Formal IT training, including Excel and SQL.
A-Level education or equivalent
Additional Information
Full UK Driving Licence required.
Travel across the UK will be required.
Occasional overnight stays may be necessary.
Flexible approach to travel and working patterns
