Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating international shipments across Road, Air and Sea, ensuring documentation, customs requirements and customer service are handled efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate import and export shipments across Road, Air & Sea
- Prepare shipping documentation including CMRs, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices and packing lists
- Handle customs clearance and ensure compliance with relevant requirements
- Work with Incoterms and international shipping procedures
- Liaise with transport companies, suppliers and customers
- Track shipments and provide customers with regular updates
- Resolve delays and shipment issues
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Monitor shipment costs and profitability
- Previous experience in Import/Export or Freight Forwarding
- Road Freight experience preferred
- Good understanding of customs procedures and shipping documentation xwwtmva
- Knowledge of Incoterms
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to manage multiple shipments and work to deadlines
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and logistics systems
