Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a 20-year-old woman with complex care needs at her home in Haverfordwest, near Pembroke Dock. This one-to-one role focuses on person-centred care to promote safety and independence within familiar routines.

You will provide personal care, support daily activities, follow established routines, and work with the care team while maintaining professional boundaries. Full-time roles with day and night shifts available.
