In-House Commercial & Corporate Counsel - Growth-Stage Energy

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Legal Counsel for a fast-growing energy infrastructure business in London. The role is hybrid and offers £70,000-£90,000 plus bonus, acting as the number two to the Head of Legal and line-managing a senior paralegal.

You will provide clear, commercial legal advice across commercial, corporate, regulatory and regulatory matters, while helping shape the function as it scales and supporting corporate transactions.
