In-House Commercial Counsel: Deals, M&A & IP

Kingsley Green Recruitment is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join its in-house team in Nottingham. You will provide practical, commercially focused advice across a broad range of business activities, with a focus on contracts, regulatory matters and disputes.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, support M&A due diligence, manage external counsel, and help senior lawyers guide a fast-paced business through changing conditions. 3+ years PQE preferred.
