Job Description
QED Legal is representing a growing business in Lincolnshire seeking a Commercial Solicitor / Legal Counsel to join the in-house team. The role targets an England & Wales qualified solicitor with around 2-4 years' PQE and a commercial contracts background.
You will work closely with the GC on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, licensing, IP and regulatory matters, gaining broad in-house experience in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
