In-House Corporate Counsel — Energy Transition & Growth

Taylor Root, acting for a client, seeks a Legal Counsel to join its growing in-house team. You will support corporate transactions, commercial contracts and governance across multiple jurisdictions while partnering with senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

The role requires a solicitor in England & Wales with around 4 years PQE and a demonstrable ability to draft, negotiate and advise on corporate matters. In-house experience is welcomed but not essential.
