Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive regulatory compliance programs across the organization.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor or barrister with a current UK practicing certificate.
• Significant experience (5+ years) focused on regulatory compliance, ideally within an in-house or specialized firm setting.
• Deep understanding of UK and relevant international regulatory frameworks applicable to our industry.
• Proven ability to develop and implement effective compliance strategies and policies.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for legal research, case management, and remote collaboration tools.
