In‑House Counsel: Structured Finance & Derivatives

Beacon Legal is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its in-house team in the UK. The role covers structured finance, derivatives, trading and broader commercial matters in a fast-moving, business-focused environment.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide practical legal advice, draft and negotiate critical agreements, and contribute to developing templates and playbooks for ongoing growth.
