About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Advise management and various departments on legal matters, including compliance, contracts, and risk management.
• Draft, review, and amend various legal documents, policies, and agreements.

• Manage external legal counsel and litigation matters effectively.

Requirements

• Solicitor or Barrister qualification with at least 4 years' experience.
• Experience in general corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly.
