About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced In-House Counsel to join their forward-thinking legal team. Key Responsibilities

• Support corporate transactions and governance activities.

• Manage external legal counsel and litigation matters as required.

Requirements

• A qualified solicitor or barrister with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in commercial law, contract negotiation, and corporate governance.
• In-house legal experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in an autonomous remote work setting.
