About the Role
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented In-House Legal Advisor to join their fully remote legal department. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and pragmatic legal advice on a broad spectrum of commercial and contractual matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including service, supply, and partnership contracts.
- Identify and advise on legal and regulatory risks, developing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Support the business in compliance initiatives, including data protection and intellectual property matters.
- Assist in the management of disputes and litigation, liaising with external counsel as required.
- Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and advise on their impact on the business.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice law in the UK (Solicitor or equivalent) with at least 4 years' relevant experience.
- Strong experience in commercial contract law and general corporate advisory work.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in using digital collaboration tools and maintaining virtual communication.
